Bookstores, resellers, and other trade customers can obtain the books directly from us or through Ingram, Baker & Taylor, and library jobbers.
Yes, discounts are available for quantity and bulk purchases. Please print out and return the correct quantity order form. The order form for Contests and Sweepstakes Law is here. The order form for Permission Seeker and Cyber Citizen is here .
Most orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Most consumer orders going to U.S. addresses are shipped by U.S. Postal Service standard mail which usually takes 3-7 business days. You should allow up to 5 to 9 business days to receive your order.
The cost for shipping & handling to U.S. addresses is $4 for the first product you purchase, and an additional .50¢ for each additional product you purchase. All our orders to U.S. addresses are shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
All international orders must include an e-mail address. We will e-mail you confirmation of the applicable shipping fees prior to mailing your order.
Products are returnable only if defective. You may want to review table of contents and other descriptive materials prior to your purchase. We will replace any defective product with a new copy of the same item.
